The service provides individuals with the skills, knowledge and techniques for maintaining a healthy diet that promotes an energized and invigorating lifestyle for participants to carry with them throughout their lives.

Learn to properly cook foods that will help you lead an optimal lifestyle in a fun and relaxed atmosphere. All cooking classes are held at St Joan of Arc High School.


The knowledge and confidence gained from actively participating in the Cooking Kind for Life classes is immense. The classes will provide guidance and support for individuals wanting to make a transition to a healthier diet and lifestyle. It will also enhance and support those who have already made better lifestyle changes, to ensure their continued healthy endeavours.

Cooking Kind for Life classes are filled with fun, laughter and excitement. Classes are limited to 12 participants and are conducted in a well equipped kitchen laboratory with four kitchen and cooking areas.
