As well, customized programs can be designed and created to meet the specific needs of the company. The Nutrition Information session can be a full day event, beginning at 9 a.m. and ending at 4 p.m. or a scheduled session that can take part during a convenient time for employees, such as a lunch hour. Staff members have an open invitation to ask questions, participate in lectures and discussions anytime throughout the day, receive food samples, healthy recipes along with how they are created and their nutritive properties and how these nutrients in the body.

Employees will be welcomed to visit the food table as many times as they would like. Each staff member that attends will receive an information package containing a healthy recipe, nutrition tips and nutrition fact sheets.
